Hello everyone, I working with miRNAs data and wants to apply diffrent methods in order to capture highly expressed miRNA and diffrentially expressed miRNAs.What are the available methods ?

Any recommendations or solutions would be appreciated.

So you have qPCR data, right? Anything wrong with delta-delta CT as everyone does it?

To compare the results, I would also like to try other methods. A delta ct value tells you which targets are highly expressed or low expressed, but I'm also interested in sub-groups of my targets. It is possible, for example, to cluster some targets together despite the fact that they are not highly or differentially expressed. It would be helpful if I could find methods for clustering and subgroups.
