I have chromsome specific vcf file, I have done tabix for indexing then perform plink with following command
/plink --file Chr1 --recode HV --snps-only just-acgt --out SNP
It created files:
SNP.info
SNP.ped
When I am giving these file as input in Haploview4.1. It is showing an error file has zero valid individuals
I did not have this issue. Earlier. I am not getting solution. Kindly help me
