Can we use kraken in windows? I am using Ugene sofware but unable to find exe file of kraken

What does UGENE have to do with Kraken? Why do you need the exe - have you tried compiling it from source?

All steps were running fine but at kraken pint , they failed because kraken is not usable in windows
