Hello,

I have hordeum vulgare addnotation:

HORVU.MOREX.r2.UnG0628590.1
HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0361000.1
HORVU.MOREX.r2.UnG0628880.1

I would like to search GO and uniprot number and name for my genes. Which tools I can use?

UniProt has the proteome for Barley available here: https://www.uniprot.org/proteomes/UP000011116

I see that the individual proteins are linked out to the Ensembl gene ID's which is what is in the examples above: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/F2D8C4/external-links
