Single Cell Data Analysis

Greetings,

So I'm new to SC-Analysis. I was wondering if it is normal for a server with 128 cores and 2 tb of Ram to take a long time to perform downstream analysis such as qc prefiltering, clustering, integration, etc.?

You have to understand that people here cannot see your screen, nor know your dataset. Do you have 100 or a million cells. Which framework do you use? Many sc steps are single-threaded and lots memory does not make things faster or slower in many cases. It's impossible to answer beyond that days sounds excessive. Add details and code.
