The 4R research focuses on the mechanisms through which RNA:DNA hybrids (R-loops) regulation exerts its influence on biological systems in terms of gene regulation and genome stability. We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher, who will develop computational tools and pipelines to analyze, interpret, and integrate genome-wide R-loop distribution data and work in close collaboration with 4R doctoral researchers. You will be supervised by Prof. Dr. Brian Luke.

Your tasks:

  • Analysis of genome-wide R-loop distribution and chromatin modifiers datasets derived from diverse biological systems in collaboration with 4R members
  • Independent research in this field and interpretation of scientific data
  • Preparation of publication-quality figures for the manuscript
  • Presentation of data and research results on international conference
