I have given samples for outsourcing to get genotype data for a panel of SNPs on SEQUENOM platform. They have sent us the  raw genotype data along with the html files. However I came to know that TYPER software is needed to view HTML files. Since I don't have the SEQUENOM machine or user login, how to get this software. Is there any other alternative to view these files?

Thanks in advance,

(Jyothi)

Yes, but unfortunately the company has been closed. Therefore trying  for alternative ways to retrieve the html files.

Is the company out of business? Nothing on their website indicates that.

When you work with a company supported platform you need to contact the company support directly.
