Hello,

Lets say I have gene_exp.diff file with comparison of two conditions (each condition has 3 replicates). How can I convert FPKM value in gene_exp.diff file  to FPK value?

Thanks

The M stands for million in FPKM. So, it's fragments per million reads. To get FPK, you multiply by 1,000,000
