I have devolved statistical test for testing between two condition for example cases and control  at same tissue .I need your help to simulate 1000 gene , each gene has greater than or equal 20 CpG . And at least 3 sample per group . Same tissue. so I need to simulate 500 gene have significant methylation other 500 unmethylated .

I am looking for exist code can do that or real data in the percentage Methylation. Data that I am looking for it (chr # , position , Gene names, Percentage Methylation (3 samples per group or more).

I'm struggling to understand what you're actually trying to do. "generate 10000 gene with DNA methylation" isn't a single coherent concept. Why don't you give some actual details?

You say you're struggling, what have you tried that you are struggling with?

Please rephrase or reframe your question so that people can understand what you are intending to do. It would be much better if you can clarify with some details about your requirement and where you have been failing to obtain your desired output, am sure there are experts who will be happy to help you out then.

You'll likely need to write a program to generate this sort of simulated data yourself. Writing a simulator like this is a common part of statistical tool development.

You can take a look at this paper and make an idea how to create list of genes that have both methylated and non methylated locations. Good luck
