RNA Seq data for cell line and antibody combination

Hi everyone,

Im trying to get RNA-Seq data for a particular cell line SKBR-3 and an antibody Pertuzumab and/or Traztuzumab. Ive tried looking in a lot of places including SRA and GEO but was not able to find this combination. Id appreciate any help. thanks!

Sorry for the basic question, but how do we know data for this combination of cell line + antibody even exists? Is this a popular/model experiment?

this is a popular cell line and the antibodies are also well known/popularly used. pointers to websites that give this combination of information would be useful.

If you can't find it on SRA/GEO/ENA then it's likely not publicly available.
