Bowtie query position

Hi,

is it possible to get not only the position of the reference strand but also of the query sequence? I know it is possible to "find" the sequence on the query but that's a not so nice solution...

Can you rephrase the question ? Position of query sequence ?

The query sequence is typically included in the SAM format, it's the 10th column.
