hi,
long time I am trying to install this module but always the same error

Result: FAIL

@Angel: You don't have admin privileges on this server (if I recollect discussion from another thread) so you would not be able to do
sudo.You really need to ask your system admin to install the software for you to avoid all these issues you are facing.
I would also recommend to think & type instead of just typing. Your system is telling you that your package manager is dnf, not yum and yet you continue with yum. I think it's pretty likely that your problems with installing the mcpan (?) way relate to you not having the right to write to some location..

If your sys admin is unable to install (not all are scientific types and don't want to dig through piles of documentation/dependencies to chase things down) then you may as well give up (and find a local machine where you will have root privileges).
Buying him a nice cup of coffee may work. Try it.

actually I am in Iran and working via remote access to MPI Linux, I applied for a PhD position in Germany, professor after Skype meeting asked me to identify DE miRNA from 2 replicates of her data and if I performed well she would accept me as her student... but after a month all tools and software likely decided to prevent me to get my ambition

That is unfortunate.
So the Professor has given you access to MPI Linux (I assume this is a cluster at her institution) to do this? Have you kept her updated on your efforts to just get to the starting line (have necessary software installed) so you could start the analysis? Doing DE analysis from just 2 replicates carries its own hazard but I am sure your Professor is aware of that.
Angel clearly has write-access to her home directory so there's nothing preventing her from setting up her own perl. It's a matter of patience and willingness to read through instructions. That's something every PhD student needs..

I was in max Planck institute as a visitor and until 2017 have access to my Linux there. professor is from another university and just want to see if I can handle NGS data. the PhD position is not like a job (I mean no salary or like that) and I only want to carry on my studying as a PhD even with my own fund. I graduated in agricultural science and since my joining to biostars I am trying to learn data analysis. this field is really difficult but I like that. anyway I hope not to lose this position because after months applying this professor answered me.
