What I've seen happen is when people openly post advertising services or software, they are gently but openly admonished. If you want to put your company at a NGS / bioinformatics network, subscribe at GenoHub.

edit: but if you give good answers, gather reputation, and put your company on your personal info, this will surely help as advertising.
