Hi, I want to do tf analysis using online tool kindly tell me how to do it: Steps of my work: 1)identification of degs using r (260 degs identified ) 2)func. can u please specify the organism in your study? If plant you can use PlantTFDB

i mentioned it in the post also for homo sapiens and kindly tell me the stepwise procedure for this , its been very helpful
