Hello,

I am aligning RNA-seq data to the human genome using OSA aligner. I am not using the already built reference provided by OSA. I built the reference using this script. And for mapping, I used this script. However. when I run the command I am getting following error:

Error=Reference: was not found in the reference library. Expected file name: ..dreflib1.
StackTrace= at Omicsoft.NgsLib.Shell.NgsShell.MapRnaSeqReadsToGenome (ILogger logger, IProject project, Omicsoft.StringVector files, System.String refLibID, System.String geneModelID, IAttributeContainer attributes, IAttributes adapterAttributes, Boolean transposeAlignmentReport, System.String outputName) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

I have specified the full path in my mapping script for the reference. I think I am getting this error because the while mapping OSA is trying to download its pre-built references from this link. And that is why I am getting this error. But I want to use the reference which I have created. I tried a lot to find a solution. But I could not. Can someone help me?

Thank you in advance.

You should contact their tech support. Even if you are a trial customer, they will probably be happy to assist you, so they can demonstrate their product is worth spending a few dollars.
