How to tell if a region is low complexity?

Hi everyone

how to identify if the region is low complexity ? I used the genome browser in the attached image, but it seems to me it is not low complexity. I am interested in human. how do you think? need to double check my understanding.

I think it's marked as SINE sequence

I want to know is a SINE a low complexity as it is repeats too? I am sorry if it is a naive thing. But I am very new?
