How to know favorite and unfavorite for survival analysis programmly?

I know p-value is calculated by log-rank test, but how to know it is favorite or unfavorite by code?

It is not clear what you mean by "favorite and unfavorite", could you please clarify?

favorite survival means high exp patient will live longer unfavorite means high exp patient will die quicker

Have you looked at the coefficients? A positive coefficient would be beneficial. You can just plot the data to confirm that.

I recomend useing R's survival package more specifically the cox regression. If you do that coefficient will be the hazard ratio where larger than 1 means worse outcome.
