Any one know how to obtain multiple sequence alignment and secondary structure details of a Protein sequence?

Performing multiple sequence alignments is an extremely common and simple task. 5 minutes on google should get you started (as a hint: go look for CLUSTAL Omega, and get all your sequences as a multi-fasta file).

Adding secondary structure details to an alignment isn't quite as trivial, though there are tools like ESPript which can render such things.

An all-in-one solution is probably something like Jalview. Get started with those, then come back to us with any specific queries you have.
