I dont know whether it's appropriate to ask this question in the BioStar section or should I go for Bioconductor mailing list. But, anyway I am having problem with the compatibility between Graphviz, Rgraphviz and R in Vista. I have R version 2.12.0, Graphviz2.26.3 and tried to use source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R"), biocLite("Rgraphviz"). When I load library("Rgraphviz") then it gives error ("This application has failed to start because libcdt-4.dll was not found").

What can I do to make it right?

For technical question should I ask Kasper Hansen the maintainer of Rgraphviz? I think BioStar can solve it easily.

I think a Google search can solve it easily. There seem to be lots of hits for "libcdt-4.dll rgraphviz".

A couple of suggestions that I've seen so far:

Solved it was just about Vista user privilege.
