Actually i am trying to upload cosmic file in oncodriveclust R package but am unable to upload. Anyone suggest me to how to upload the file to get the results.

i am using this command

oncodriveclust -o data/output.csv -m 3 --cgc data/Brain_original.csv  examples/tcga.BRCA.nonsyn.txt examples/tcga.BRCA.syn.txt data/gene_transcripts.tsv

OncodriveCLUIST has been updated with OncodriveCLUSTL

https://bitbucket.org/bbglab/oncodriveclustl

You can adapt your own input based on input in example data (paad.txt.gz)
