circos plot for lncRNA distribution across the chromosome

hi all,

I want to make circos plot. basically I want to represent my mRNA and lncRNA on across chromosomes. I searched a lot but could not get how to generate it. I have two bed file for these transcript information. can you people help me?

thanks pierre, but I have two different files one mRNA and second for lncRNA.....in that case how to do that?
