Tracing back files used in CLC Genomics?

Hello, I did an RNA-Seq Analysis a while ago on CLC genomics workbench 10 and I am trying to figure out which version of reference files I used. Is there anyway to trace back the original fasta and genome files, or commands I used? Thanks for your help!

If you saved the mapping summary report you should be able to see your reference and data files in the show history tab at the bottom of that report.

And any of the output files from your analysis should have links to the original input files in the history tab. (Assuming they weren’t deleted or something) if your click them it will jump you to where the files are in the nav window
