Question: CLC not outputting or showing table from Fisher's Exact Test

Hello, we are using Fisher's exact test on a reference file (b2g file) and a selection ID list. While the fisher's exact test finishes and says done, there is no table or file that is outputted, saved, or opened. The test log also does not show any errors when running, are there any other problems that could prevent a file from being outputted? We are running with default settings. Thank you!

Please contact CLC tech support for immediate assistance for this. Since you are paying for a license may as well use their assistance.

That said: Many a times CLC will save the results files (it generally asks you if you want to do that when you set many analysis up). So check to see if that is happening in your data explorer window.

Blast2Go is a third party plugin developed by BioBam using the CLC API. For help with that, you should contact their support team (support@biobam.com)
