Hello,

I have analyzed Time series Gene Expression Data and done following analysis:

  1. Found DEG.
  2. Performed clustering.

Now I want to find biomarkers from above data, can you suggest me some tools/steps to find/paper to do that? And how to validate those found biomarkers?

Please Help.

See table 1 in this paper. It details many methods for classification of time series expression data.

Sir, I wanted to know about methods/tools to find potential biomarkers from clusters/modules of genes and validate them, I have already performed clustering on the data.

Clustering and classification are diffetent things. If you see the table I suggested, It has a section for classification methods. You can use these methods to find biomarkers. Open the tool links, there are references where people have done what you are trying to do.

Biomarker for what? Time series experiments usually have some external stimulus or process. It will be difficult to get a biomarker unless you narrow it down. As suggested by @ashish the table has a pretty good summary.
