Prediction of lnRNA interaction with all posible miRNA in Humans.

I have a huge problem solving this question. I need to predict possible PANDAR and BC200 interactions with miRNA. miRNA must be taken from some kind of a database. I am a bachelor student, so cant really solve this problem by myself.
