I am an MSc Bioinformatics student looking for project ideas.I am interested in doing analysis/prediction. I have a computer science background so I am looking for pointers on possible biological questions that can be answered by using the available tools. Any thoughts?
First step in research: have a good idea (of your own).
If that fails - do a meta analysis
