Which tool can I use to find all possible protein sequence from a nucleotide sequence ? In all the 3 possible frames ?

You can also use the transeq and sixpack tools from the EMBOSS package. They have both a web and a command line interface, so you can choose whathever you prefer.

The NCBI ORF Finder works well to find all six possible translations.

Remember to BLASTX against protein databases first. You can then see the correct frame direction and you can even fix frameshifts
