Download The Scaffolds From Genbank File

I need to download the scaffolds which range from the e.g WGS_SCAFLD XXX00214-XXX05810 in the gen bank file, do any one has a perl script to download this. Thanks

If you need to format a genbank file as FASTA use the readseq tool: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/sfc/readseq/
