I have uploaded my genome sequence at the galaxy and then I run Prokka on this genome but it's giving me these errors:
How can I solve these to execute prokka properly?
Click on bug icon on a failed job and post the output here. Or click on "i" button and there would be stderror link once information loads. Post it here.
Galaxy has a separate help forum. Please reach that forum for better help in using galaxy.

Error is outdir/prokka.gbf is not found, because of which sed command is failing. Check if you need to supply gbf file separately. If you don't have to, reach out the galaxy wrapper developer for prokka.
PS: Never post images of the text. Even when you posted image of the error, at least you could have minimize right panel to make center pane text bigger.
