Dear alI,

I need to know if stanford microarray database include affymetrix datasets and if so, how can I find them.

I cannot find any annotation file covering the type of array. In addition it seems that searching inside it is not so straight forward as GEO datasets. For example I want to get affymetrix data sets associated with glioblastoma in human but I do not know how to do it.

Can any one guide me how to search within stanford microarray database.

Thank you in advance

Nazanin

It is not the answer of your question, it is just a suggestion. I suggest you to use TCGA database which is more popular.

I suggest you use another resource: TCGA as suggested in another answer, or GEO. The Stanford database is a much smaller resource with usage restrictions and I believe has not been updated in a long time - the news page was last updated 2010.
