Hello,

I'm trying to get RNA-Seq data for specific antibodies (Pertuzumab). Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

You mean RNAseq data from samples of patients being treated with Pertuzumab?

Maybe from patients, I would guess it is rather from cell lines. Either this, or she is looking for Antibody_seq.

Searching for on SRA returned no matches, but searching on GEO returned some hits - apparently no RNAseq data but some expression arrays. I am not aware of any specialized Cancer databases which could contain what you are looking for.
