When i determine de structure of a protein using an experimental method, such as x-ray diffraction or NMR, the results may be submitted to Protein Data Bank. However, when the method used to determinate the structure is homology modelling, or threading, to where i may submit the results, as PDB doesn't accept theorical models anymore? There is a (well stablished) database for modeled / predicted protein structures?

I asked this question on the bio stack exchange a while back and the answer I got was a no. I don’t know if anyone else has more information, but I’ve certainly not found anything.

Perhaps the folks at Gene3D and/or Modeller can help your further? Which makes me wonder, btw, what else or more you can do than what they already do?
