in general a web site that gives me the articles that have been released about a locus of the genome?

If you are looking for details about a particular gene locus and its related publications, try GeneCards. Example: https://www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=MYCN&keywords=MYCN

Can you provide an example locus? We can try to do this programmatically using Entrezdirect.

You could try using PubMed's 'Advanced Search' a try.

All you need to do is plug in the cpg island you are looking for into the search box and then in the dropdown menu to the left, select to search for this cpg island in the title, abstract or all fields.

Hope this helps,

Alex
