I have a list of genes from a specific type of cells, Can I perform pathway analysis with any gene expression values? Any suggestion
Small correction. You do pathways analysis with gene names, not the expression values. The values can be projected on to pathways by software you will use to indicate if that gene was up or down.
What have you tried? Have you looked at GSEA with KEGG/GO?
