How To Convert Ccds Ids To Swiss Prot Ids

I have a list of over 10,000 human ccds ids, is there any way I can convert or retrieve swiss prot ids for the same ?

Please search this site using the term "biomart" for the many answers to the problem of ID mapping.

As mentioned Biomart is a good option but there are some gotchas, The key one is many CCDS to one SwissProt because of splicing, but they will not all match (CCDS <> VARSPLIC). You could try CCDS > Ensembl gene > UniProt
