Hi there,
we will run all our courses online at least until September.
Have a look at : https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/
Thanks!
We also offer an Online NGS Data Analysis Workshop. Check our website for more information.
If you don't care about the class being actively monitor, or you don't care about a certificate, edX.org offers free classes across quite a few computational biology subjects.
I did Bioconductor for Genomic Data Science by Kasper Hansen (https://www.coursera.org/learn/bioconductor) and found it really good. The next course in the specialisation, Statistics for Genomic Data Science by Jeff Leek (https://www.coursera.org/learn/statistical-genomics) is also worthwhile.
I have some notes on courses that I have either taken or are considering taking in the future:

I am not sure what level of analysis you are trying to obtain proficiency in. I have some notes on a couple JHU Coursera Data Science courses (on Regression Models and Practical Machine Learning) that I have taken in the above blog post.
I also have noticed the following specializations with sets of courses that I might look into (time-permitting), but I can't currently say anything about them from primary experience:
https://www.coursera.org/specializations/bioinformatics
https://www.coursera.org/specializations/genomic-data-science
If others have taken courses from either of those specializations, then I would be interested in hearing what they thought.
Elixir has some of them online see here: https://elixir-europe.org/events
